We want you to be fully satisfied with your Keychron products, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all keyboards and accessories purchased through our German store. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail box, ensuring all cables, keycap pullers, and spare keycaps are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked carrier to our designated logistics center in Germany.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
